Lecture series “Form, Language, Complexity: Unified Architectural Theory” This course, organized by Nikos Angelos Salingaros, presents the results of various research that explain the way we perceive buildings. It approaches architecture from multiple points of view, including mathematics and science, biophilia, languages of form, fractals, neuroscience and design patterns. More information

The INTBAU Architecture Challenge program continues this fall In the eighth session, speakers will take a critical look at linear supply chains and diminishing material resources. An estimated three billion people will need new housing and basic infrastructure by 2030. The panel discussion will take place on September 23 at 17:30 (UCT+1). There will also be an opportunity to pose questions to the panel of experts who will participate. More information

World Heritage Cities Lab: urban heritage and traditional building practices for sustainable development On September 12, 13 and 14, 2022, the “World Heritage Cities Lab: urban heritage and traditional building practices for sustainable development” will take place in Cordoba. It will address the inclusion of traditional building practices and local communities in the management of historic cities. The event will have a hybrid format, both online and on-site. On-site sessions will be simultaneously integrated as part of a Zoom session, which will connect in-person speakers and attendees with international participants joining online. More information
