Centro Cerámico Talavera has been selected by INTBAU Spain as master craftsperson of the month for June 2023.
Centro Cerámico Talavera is a firm created in 1992 by Juan Carlos Albarrán Montealegre, Ramón González Colilla and Ana Fernández Pecci. All three are ceramists and were graduated in Applied Arts in the specialty of artistic and industrial ceramics by the School of Applied Arts of Talavera de la Reina (Toledo).
Their work has focused on the production of traditional pieces, including tableware, tiles, reproductions of antique pieces, artistic pottery for architecture and decorative elements. In addition to the production of ceramics, they also carry out restoration work on antique pieces, historical monuments, and the extraction, cleaning and replacement of ceramics pieces on façades.
