Juan Antonio Sánchez, de Forja Toledo has been selected by INTBAU Spain as master craftsperson of the month for October 2022.
Juan Antonio Sánchez is part of the third generation of a family of master blacksmiths who have been in the trade since 1903. Juan Antonio, from Forja Toledo, makes by hand all kinds of elements: wrought iron grilles, gates, lamps, lanterns, and other unique elements. He has also worked with prestigious institutions such as Patrimonio Nacional, the Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando, the Real Academia de Bellas Artes y Ciencias Históricas de Toledo, Banco Santander, the Banco Nacional de México or the Red de Museos Nacionales de España.
